ARCHITECT

ARCHITECT: Designing the Way We Build, Serve & Grow is a Club Service initiative by the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Unicorns created to help members understand the framework behind the club's day-to-day functioning. The session provides members with a space to explore the different elements that shape the club's operations, including bylaws, previous workflows, club documents, portfolios, project processes, communication, reporting and Rotary requirements. Instead of looking at these as separate responsibilities, ARCHITECT connects them to show how they contribute to the functioning of the club throughout the year. The initiative also gives members an opportunity to understand how projects move from planning to execution, how information and documentation are carried forward, and how different responsibilities fit into the larger functioning of the club. This practical understanding is intended to make members more confident in taking ownership of their roles
